A small girl in a Vintage world.
"I am English and quite small" i am passionate about fashion, but most importantly vintage fashion. It is not unusual to see me out and about dressed as twiggy or Audrey Hepburn... So watch this space, things might get a little quirky...

Can Can fancy dress
our sixth form for sports relief decided to have a dress up day with the theme:
"When I grow up" and I thought because me and my sixth form heads don't see eye to eye with creativity I decided to go as a can can dancer/early 19th century prostitute.
I made my can can skirt and frilly shorts from scrap material and bought white stocking with red bows. I also made a choker out of a piece of ribbon I bought from a fabric shop. I made my head piece out of a piece of card board and scrap material and wrote "ooh la la" on it in black paint.

My large black hat matched my black skirt and black Vivienne Westwood shoes. The lovely boy next to me is my long time boyfriend Callum, and He's in many of my photos.

used as a model in an AS photography Project
This photo was taken by one of my mates in my year, she is a darling!
I was asked to be used in her fashion photography coursework where I dressed in a 60's way.
I wore a black and white dress which is from the late 50's. I picked it up at a Vintage fair for £8!!

My year 11 Prom - 2011
This is my prom outfit that I wore to my school prom. My dress was free , I found it in the loft/attic in my house and I just altered it. It was an 80's Wallis dress my mum wore in the 80's to a dinner party.I dyed green gloves black to match the under skirt and Vivienne Westwood shoes. I wore a Long gold chain around my neck and had a vintage gold and black broach on the skirt of the dress. I also had 50's gold clip on earrings. I had my hair styled like Audrey Hepburn and did a typical 50's make-up with fake eyelashes. I wore stockings with black lines down the back with suspenders under my dress; and I made a garter out of some of the dress fabric. |

This is the first time I have publicised these photos since my art GCSE, They were based on the song 'Lucy in the sky with diamonds' by the Beatles. I got an 'A' overall for this art piece, I WAS CHUFFED!
I tried to get the 60's madness in these photos and I hope I have captured it.
Fancy dress: David Bowie
I went to a "swap genders" fancy dress party where I decided to dress as the Legend 'David Bowie'. I cut up a pair of skinny jeans and painted them stripes on them, I wore my Bowie t-shirt and had customised basketball boots. My make up was created from his Aladdin Sane album and sprayed my hair red/orange.
